About Phoenix ELN
Phoenix ELN is an open-source electronic lab notebook for organic, organometallic and peptide chemistry. It performs stoichiometric calculations, allows embedding elements like images and documents into the workflow and comes with an efficient integrated chemical drawing editor.
It allows reaction substructure searches, and it has the the ability to detect synthetic routes and their relations by analyzing the experiment sketches of all experiments present.
No server connection is required for running this ELN, it runs from a local database first. The optional connection to an in-house MySQL or MariaDB server database substantially extends its capabilities, by additionally allowing continuous backup and in-house data sharing.
As an open-source application, Phoenix ELN is available at no cost to end users. You can download the latest version here: https://github.com/abrechts/Phoenix-ELN/releases
